Recent U.S. Department of Labor data indicates every year many millions of Americans register with federally supported workforce programs holding aspirations to achieve meaningful, sustainable, and rewarding employment. The Argentum overall workforce approach leverages these federally supported programs such as the American Job Centers, Job Corps, community colleges, and regional community-based workforce organizations.
The mission of the job centers is to provide its consumers career opportunities in various traditional industries; however, Argentum has accepted the mission of ensuring that Senior Living and Memory Care career opportunities are also listed as viable training and development possibilities within the job centers.
To further provide a full spectrum of training, development and recruitment possibilities, Argentum began in late 2022 to engage community colleges and their workforce development departments. Community colleges across the country are increasing their training and corporate development abilities to work with industry and businesses for the purpose of providing training services to corporate clients. It is estimated that out of more than 1,200 community colleges in the U.S., several hundred have a strong organization dedicated to providing qualified talent to industry.
