KIRKLAND, Wash.—Cogir Management USA has acquired Cogir on Napa Road Assisted Living and Memory Care, in California, a 99-door assisted living and memory care community dedicated to active assisted living seniors and residents with early dementia diagnosis.
The community comprises 75 assisted living apartment homes and another 24 apartments dedicated to memory care on a unique open campus.
The addition of this property allows the U.S. division to grow and help to diversify the range of services offered. While Cogir’s other properties are largely dedicated to independent and assisted living residents, these properties provide assisted living and memory care environments to seniors experiencing a need for more assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
