Portsmouth NH – Family CareSpace announced today the addition of Nathan Gruber as National Sales Director. Mr. Gruber brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience in the senior living sector and a proven track record of managing multi-million dollar senior living portfolios.

Mr. Gruber’s interest in senior care began in high school and college while serving as a Nurse Aide. This led to a career in healthcare where he served in corporate leadership positions for a variety of healthcare companies, most recently serving as the Regional Director of Operations and Marketing for Enlivant. He was responsible for more than thirty million dollars in annual revenue. Mr. Gruber holds a BS degree in Gerontology from Bowling Green State University and is a federally licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Nathan’s broad work-related experience includes skilled nursing, assisted living and retirement community start-ups and turnarounds, operations, sales and external marketing, market analysis, Medicare and HMO billing, minimum data set (MDS), financial analysis/due diligence, operating expense and labor analysis, investor relations, capital expenditures, recruitment/orientation/retention, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, quality assurance & improvement, risk management, root-cause-analysis, and team-building.
