As Vice President of Research and Analytics, Peck will lead Sherpa’s future data initiatives, and usher in a new era in market fundamentals and trends in senior living.
Peck has become a familiar voice in the senior living industry with a nearly six-year tenure at the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC). As Senior Principal, she led the organization to become a guiding influence and pre-eminent source of industry research in seniors housing. Peck has authored more than 120 articles on senior housing data and trends as well as publishing the widely-read NIC Investment Guide.

Peck will further develop its annual Best Sales Performer report, a comparative analysis of sales behaviors, as well as other more frequent subject matter reports that help shape strategy for our customers.
