Guardian Pharmacy of Wisconsin, a leading long-term care pharmacy, recently opened its new state-of-the-art Milwaukee headquarters in West Allis. The 25,000-square-foot building, nearly double the size of the pharmacy’s former Milwaukee and Menomonee Falls locations combined, makes it possible for Guardian Pharmacy of Wisconsin to better serve its rapidly growing customer base.
The move to a larger space allows Guardian Pharmacy of Wisconsin to increase customer capacity by more than 50%. The facility features a pharmacy design that increases efficiency and includes enhanced technology and equipment, enabling pharmacy staff to continue to provide exceptional service to residents and communities.
“With the Milwaukee and Menomonee Falls pharmacies within 30 miles of each other, we were searching for a strategic location that brought our teammates together and boosted our ability to serve our customers,” said Mike Flint, RPh, president of Guardian Pharmacy of Wisconsin. “Our new headquarters meets all of our criteria and will offer a space that reflects and reinforces our commitment to our workforce and the continuing growth of our client base.”
The building houses the latest technology and automation systems, including SynMed Ultra and TCGRX packaging machines, helping staff accurately and efficiently prepare residents’ medications.
