Merrill Gardens at Solivita Marketplace

SEATTLE — Merrill Gardens is now managing all operations for two central Florida senior living communities originally developed under the names Volterra at Solivita Marketplace in Kissimmee and Volterra at ChampionsGate in ChampionsGate.   The communities will now be known as Merrill Gardens at Solivita Marketplace and Merrill Gardens at ChampionsGate.

These two Tuscan-themed communities were recently completed and offer a full spectrum of options for senior residents including independent living, assisted living and memory care.  Merrill Gardens at Solivita Marketplace has 212 apartments and Merrill Gardens at ChampionsGate has 223 apartments.  Both communities have studio, one and two-bedroom private apartment options along with concierge services, scheduled transportation, 24-hour staffing and housekeeping services.  The communities also offer a variety of restaurant style dining options for residents. The Volterra communities join Merrill Gardens existing portfolio of 29 operating communities in eight states.
