On Feb. 11, 2018, the Trump administration released a proposal for government funding for FY 2019. This funding comes on the heels of Congress enacting a two-year budget agreement that sets spending limits for both defense related-matters and domestic programs. The proposed budget blueprint funds domestic program levels significantly below the Congressional agreement and also repeals the Affordable Health Care Act.
