CARLSBAD, CA. – Integral Senior Living (ISL), a premier senior living management company, is pleased to announce that Regional Director of Operations Leslie Quintanar has been appointed to the Texas Assisted Living Association (TALA) Advisory Board.  Her term started May 1, 2016 and ends January 31, 2018. 

 With over 16 years of experience ranging from activities to operations, Leslie has consistently taken on roles that have allowed her to expand the scope of her influence while making a positive impact upon the industry. From piloting a fine arts program that was launched company-wide to opening a multi-level luxury flagship property, she always delights in new ventures and welcomes opportunities to exceed expectations. Her experience in both private and publicly held senior living companies, as well as holding AL licensure in two states (PA and CA) adds further depth to her of understanding of the operations of senior living communities and gives her a keen eye for assessing operations and troubleshooting tough operational issues.
TALA is the Texas state chapter of Argentum. It works to ensure that Argentum’s mission of ensuring all seniors can age with choice, dignity and independence is supported in Texas.
