St. Petersburg, Fla. – Solvere Living, the operations management division of St. Petersburg, Florida-based Solutions Advisors Group (SAG), has added three senior living communities to its management portfolio. On June 1, Solvere Living assumed management of Spring Creek (formerly Spring Creek Gardens) in Plano, Texas and The Cabana at Jensen Dunes in Jensen Beach, Florida. Solvere is also the operations management firm for the new Tessera of Westchase senior living community, which held its grand opening in May in Tampa, Florida and anticipates officially opening in June.

Located at 6410 Orchard Drive in Plano, Texas, Spring Creek has 44 assisted living apartments and 21 apartments for residents with memory-related impairments. Located on four acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, the community offers a range of amenities and services, featuring a single level design, courtyard and an intimate setting that enhances freedom and easy access for residents. There are also walking trails, dining room, community kitchen, meeting and event center, sunroom, library, beauty and barber salon, Wi-Fi and a pet-friendly environment. Some of the many services include housekeeping, transportation and recreational programs. The community also is in close proximity to the Medical Center of Plano, Presbyterian Hospital of Plano and the Baylor Regional Medical Center at Plano.
The Cabana at Jensen Dunes is located 1537 NE Cedar St, Jensen Beach, Florida and provides 83 assisted living apartments and 38 apartments for residents with memory-related impairments in its Valeo™ neighborhood. Among the many amenities are finely manicured grounds, patios, salon and spa, pool, fitness center, putting green, Bocce ball and an outdoor entertainment center with pool, grill and TV. There is also an art studio, library, business center, Wi-Fi and on- and off-site programs and events. Services include a licensed full-time nurse, rehabilitation clinic for physical, speech and occupational therapy and physicians’ offices offering private visits for both assisted living and memory care.
Solvere Living is bringing new programs to both Spring Creek and The Cabana at Jensen Dunes that embody the future of successful aging including its proprietary wellness philosophies Salus™ and Valeo™.

Its elegantly landscaped courtyards create an interactive, warm and energetic atmosphere inside and out. Other amenities and services include a fully equipped fitness center, three dining venues, salon and spa, event center, library, Wi-Fi and mobile technology. Some of the many services include concierge, weekly housekeeping and personal laundry. Tessera of Westchase also provides the Salus™ and Valeo™ programs.
