Princeton, NJ – Solvere Senior Living continues to significantly expand its footprint through multiple new management contracts and partnerships. In February the company assumed management of three independent living communities in Texas. An additional three independent living communities in Michigan are now under Solvere Senior Living management and in September the firm assumed management of two independent living communities in Virginia, Verena at the Reserve in Williamsburg and Verena at the Glen in Glen Allen.
Communities now under the company’s management in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area are Preston Place in Plano, Meadowstone Place in Dallas and Parc Place in Bedford. The communities in the Detroit area are Pine Ridge of Shelby in Shelby Township, Pine Ridge of Plumbrook in Sterling Heights and Pine Ridge of Garfield in Clinton Township. A fourth community, The Villages of Windcrest assisted living and memory care community in Fredericksburg, Texas, is under construction and slated to open in October under Solvere Senior Living management.

New team members have been added to oversee the company’s growth and expansion. Kimberly Brawley, Regional Vice President, is responsible for managing all aspects of Solvere Senior Living communities located in the Southwest and Southeast Regions. Marika Tufteskog-Johnson, Chief Strategy Officer, is responsible for pre-development, development and new management initiatives. Controller Joseph Brendlen is responsible for budgeting, payroll, financial management and providing financial analysis for capital investments, pricing decisions and contract negotiations. Laresa Colvin is Director of Team Engagement and Values and directs talent recruitment and retention and manages human resource functions across all Solvere Senior Living managed communities.
Through its team of professionals in nursing and wellness, finance, operations and marketing, Solvere Senior Living currently manages 14 communities in eight states, including Florida, New York, New Jersey, Texas, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia and Michigan.
