LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Trilogy Health Services is pleased to announce the opening of their newest senior living community in Tiffin, Ohio, The Willows at Tiffin. Located at 410 Fair Lane, the campus will offer a full continuum of senior health and hospitality services, provided by compassionate caregivers who operate with one goal in mind: exceeding the expectations of their customers.
At The Willows at Tiffin, life radiates outwards from the Village Center. Located at the heart of the campus, this central meeting point includes an open, formal dining room, where The Willows’ chefs show off their chops at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A short stroll in nearly any direction will lead residents of The Willows to places where they can get pampered, grab a scoop of ice cream with their grandkids, or get lost in a conversation with friends. Whether they are inside the beautifully appointed campus or outdoors in one of the gated and manicured courtyards, residents will be able to enjoy each day, knowing that friends, as well as helpful professionals, are close at hand.
Activities at The Willows are as varied as the people who call the campus home. Artists will find brushes right at their fingertips, gardeners will be able to get their hands dirty, and chefs will have many chances to whip up delicious recipes, oftentimes with ingredients they’ve grown themselves. Although the opportunities for fun are nearly endless within the campus itself, residents will also be able to get out and explore the community at large. Trips into town to find new favorite haunts, meet new friends, or catch a performance are all regular occasions.
According to Leigh Ann Barney, president and CEO of Trilogy, “Every Trilogy senior living community is founded on very specific set of standards. We call these our Trilogy Service Standards, and they help us ensure that we provide our residents with the best experience, whether they are enjoying a meal, participating in an activity, or receiving assistance from a member of our team. We want to be so much more than a place where seniors come for care. It’s our goal to be a place where family comes to live. Our standards, combined with our culture of compassion, help us achieve this goal, to the benefit of our residents, their families, and the members of our team. We like to say that you can feel the Trilogy Difference from the moment you enter our doors, and see it everywhere you look. I encourage Seneca County families to come to the campus and experience this firsthand. Our doors are always open.”
In addition to offering Assisted Living and Post-Acute Healthcare services, The Willows at Tiffin will also offer Memory Care services in its Legacy Lane. Here, staff members will be trained in Trilogy’s BFF Program. Inspired by the best friends approach to dementia care developed by David Troxel and Virginia Bell, the BFF Program is based on the belief that what every person with dementia needs is a friend, a best friend. Through the BFF Program, caregivers in The Legacy learn each resident’s life story. Personal histories, favorite pastimes, likes and dislikes are then used to inform all aspects of care.
