(Alexandria, Va.) – Through filling out a 15-minute survey, your company can be part of a list that informs investors, media, product and service industries, executive search firms, developers, and market-watchers throughout the year: The 2021 Argentum & Lument Largest Providers Report.
Last year’s report listed 150 providers and a total of more than 625,000 units. For the past two decades, we have continued to expand the list, and you can help make it more inclusive.
To collect data and produce the 2021 report, Argentum is teaming with Lument, the combined organization of legacy industry experts Lancaster Pollard, Hunt Real Estate Capital, and RED Capital Group.
For-profit professional senior living providers of every size are encouraged to submit data. You do not have to be an Argentum member to contribute data and be listed.
The 2021 report is also slated to include a look at the effect of COVID-19 on the industry, a look at major mergers, acquisitions, and new business lines, and an update on women in leadership in senior living.
“The annual Largest Providers Reports have served as a tracking and benchmarking resource for this industry for 20 years,” says James Balda, President & CEO, Argentum. “With the changes of the past year, this information may prove especially valuable in 2021.”
“Informative data that offers real insights and adds value is more important than ever,” said Aaron Becker, senior managing director and head of production for seniors housing and healthcare at Lument. “Argentum has done a fantastic job on past reports and we are thrilled to partner with them this year, when the perspective of providers working on the frontlines of this pandemic is helpful beyond measure.”
The senior living industry has a national economic impact of nearly a quarter of a trillion dollars and is responsible for providing more than 1.6 million jobs. During the pandemic, as the industry worked together to protect the most vulnerable, its importance came to national prominence.
Provider participation in the 2021 Argentum & Lument Largest Providers Report helps ensure the scope, impact, and realities of this industry are recognized.
If your company was included in the report last year, a researcher will be contacting you with the survey. If you have not been included in the report before, please fill out the online survey.
The deadline to complete the survey is March 19. Please note that no data on skilled nursing is included in this report. The report is to be released free to the public this summer.
