Who is eligible to submit a nomination?This recognition program is open to members and nonmembers of Argentum. Both self-nominations and nominations on behalf of another individual will be accepted. To be considered, nominees must be under the age of 40.

What is the deadline to submit nominations?The final deadline to submit nominations is Monday, March 4, 2019 at 5:00 PM EST.

What is the judging criteria?A panel of senior living executives will select emerging visionaries and thought leaders for recognition. They will consider whether the nominee is leading and implementing programs to advance senior living initiatives, working to advance meaningful public policy on behalf of senior living providers and those they serve, taking opportunities to educate the public on the “heart” of senior living, and/or involved with science or academia that is advancing the gerontological field.

How will the Senior Living Leaders Under 40 be recognized?The selected class of Senior Living Leaders Under 40 will be featured in the March/April 2019 issue of Senior Living Executive magazine. They will also be acknowledged at the 2019 Senior Living Executive Conference in San Antonio, Texas.
