The Path Forward — Leading Through and Recovering from Reputational Crisis
Thursday, February 4 | 1-2 PM ET
The pandemic has created a crisis in confidence on the part of adult children making long-term care decisions for their parents. Additionally, this past year has demonstrated how difficult it has been to differentiate senior living from nursing homes in the eyes of the public, the media, and regulatory agencies. How we lead now will determine if we emerge from this crisis as a stronger industry, with our reputations restored. This webinar will feature a crisis communications expert who will engage industry leaders in a thoughtful discussion of the path forward.
Attendees will hear:
How William Espey, former brand lead for Chipotle, navigated the company through the e. coli crisis of 2015
A panel discussion moderated by Espey, featuring industry leaders as they share what they believe will be the short- and long-term reputational effects of the pandemic and how to find and communicate the positives
How leadership has changed during the pandemic, along with lessons learned as organizations have had to pivot to a virtual operating environment
