Charles de Vilmorin is the CEO and Co-founder of Linked Senior, Inc, a resident engagement platform for senior living based in Washington, DC. He believes Old People Are Cool and has trust in #ActivitiesStrong. He serves on the board of the Validation Training Institute as well as the Society for Post Acute and Long Term Care Medicine (AMDA). He holds a Master’s Degree in Communication, Culture and Technology from Georgetown University, and a Master’s Degree in International Management from Dauphine University, Paris.



Stephanie Sanborn, MAd.Ed. Director, Innovation and Education, Seasons Retirement Communities
Stephanie has worked in the senior living industry for 27 years. Her experience as Executive Director has given her a unique insight into operations when she was both Director and Vice President of Operations for senior living corporations.  While overseeing the corporate branding for Memory Care over the past 5 years she has contributed to building a strong memory care brand that incorporates a person-centered approach with a commitment to staff education and learning using innovative technology like VR and reflective practice. She holds a Masters degree in Adult Education.
