Dr. Todd Schmiedeler, SVP of Foundation & Workforce Development, Trilogy Health Services
Dr. Schmiedeler is the senior vice president of Foundation & Workforce Development for Trilogy Health Services. Since starting his position, he has lead efforts to achieve Great Place to Work recognition for Trilogy and has implemented an Applicant Tracking System, recruitment branding campaign, Employee Referral Program, mobilization of employment website/application, the Trilogy Talent Network, and the Trilogy Employee App. Most recently, he has developed and implemented the Trilogy Apprentice Programs (CNA and Culinary). These programs are DOL-approved with over 5,000 employees enrolled, making it the largest health care apprentice program in the U.S.
Cooper Vittitow, President, Civitas Senior Living
Vittitow is the president of Civitas Senior Living, a senior living management company based in Ft. Worth, Texas. He joined the senior living industry in 2008 and has vast experience in assisted living, memory care, and independent living operations focusing on resident satisfaction and wellness and revenue growth. Vitittow joined Civitas in 2012 and is responsible for overall company performance.
Brent Weil, VP, Workforce Development, Argentum
Weil is the vice president of workforce development for Argentum. He has nearly 20 years of direct experience developing workforce solutions to recruitment challenges. Prior to his time with Argentum, he worked for The Manufacturing Institute, a subsidiary of the National Association of Manufacturers in Washington, D.C., where he served as senior vice president of education and workforce.
