Brian Geyser, APRN-BC, MSN, Chief Clinical Officer, Inspīr; Vice President of Clinical Innovation and Population Health, Maplewood Senior Living Brian Geyser is an experienced healthcare leader and seasoned clinician. At Inspīr he spearheads the development of the health, wellness, and clinical care delivery platform, forging strategic partnerships, and oversees clinical operations and care delivery at all Inspīr branded properties. Brian also directs the Maplewood Senior Living Center for Aging Innovation & Technology. Formerly, Brian served as Clinical Director for Commonwealth Care Alliance. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Yale University.
Kent Kalmey, Vice President, Magnolia Springs (LCS) Kent Kalmey is the Vice President of Operations with LCS, responsible for the Magnolia Springs Senior Living portfolio. With over 30 years of business experience in sales, marketing and operations, Kent’s background includes a unique blend of both corporate and entrepreneurial experience. Prior to joining LCS, Kent worked for Atria Senior Living as Director of Sales and Marketing. Kent started his career in sales and marketing with two large fortune 500 companies, General Mills and Pepsico. He then left the corporate life to successfully pioneer a restaurant concept that leveraged the idea of fresh ingredients sourced locally – now known as the farm to table concept. Kent served as the President of the Kentucky Senior Living Association for four years, working with Kentucky state legislators to pass regulations benefitting the seniors of Kentucky. Kent received his Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing and Computer Information Systems from Baylor University and his MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business.
Maja Rudinac, VP, Business Development, Caspar.ai Dr. Maja Rudinac is the Vice President of Business Development for Caspar.AI . Maja’s expertise is in designing robotics and AI-enabled products for elderly people and end-consumers. Previously, Dr. Rudinac was Co-Founder and CEO of Robot Care Systems, which developed autonomous healthcare systems for people with motion and cognitive restrictions. The company received the Herman Wijffels Innovation Award for the best healthcare invention. In 2019, she received Prince Friso Engineering Prize for creating an intelligent assistant robot walker. Dr. Rudinac received her Doctor of Philosophy in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence from the Delft University of Technology.
Sanjeev Shetty, Chief Global and Innovation Officer, Connected Living Sanjeev Shetty has more than 20 years of experience in Information technology, Process Operations, and Innovation within Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Connected Living as Chief Global Strategy & Innovation Officer, his prior work experience included serving as Senior Director of Strategic Projects & Revenue Assurance at Charter Communications, a Senior Director with Time Warner, and consulting in the Artificial Intelligence space within senior living communities. Sanjeev received his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Wisconsin’s Lawrence University and an MBA from the University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business.
Todd Smith, Founder and CEO, OdessaConnect
Todd Smith is an artist entrepreneur with a background in music, blended with a passion for technology and the startup culture. Entrepreneurship is Todd’s second act. Before health tech Todd enjoyed an extensive career in music, as a producer and recording engineer with credits that include platinum-selling artists, commercial and film projects, and as a performing and recording artist. Todd learned his craft by working with legendary producers Glyn Johns (Rolling Stones, The Who), Scott Litt (R.E.M., Nirvana) and Glen Ballard (Aerosmith, Alanis Morissette) on various recording/ writing projects. In 2008 he began to develop digital media strategies for corporate clients, which led to building a team and serving as Director of Communications for Signature Healthcare, a leading provider of long-term healthcare and rehabilitation services based in Louisville, KY.In 2015 he founded OdessaConnect, a healthcare technology team whose mission is to make the digital experience simple and safe for analog natives
