Jerald A. Jacobs, Partner, Pillsbury Law Firm
Jerry Jacobs is a partner with the Pillsbury law firm in Washington, DC and head of the firm’s Nonprofit Organizations Practice representing over 100 trade associations and professional societies. He has written a dozen books on nonprofit corporation law and is General Counsel to the “association of associations,” the American Society of Association Executives. He is often described as the “Dean” of nonprofit organization lawyers in the U.S. Jacobs and his firm are longtime outside legal counsel to Argentum.
John Schulte, VP, Quality Improvement, Argentum
John Schulte is Argentum’s vice president of quality improvement. He has more than 25 years of experience managing trade associations and working with volunteer leaders to establish standards and develop targeted professional development programs. Prior to his time with Argentum, Schulte worked as the director of accreditation for Sufka & Associates in Washington, D.C.
