We understand that by listening to and including the perspectives, experiences, and diversity in others we can foster a culture of belonging, collaboration, and mutual respect.  We believe that multiple types of talent, skills, and mindsets are needed to advance our work – and that this can be found all around us.  We are committed to providing equal opportunities to empower and engage our staff, members, and partners in actions that effectively contribute to accomplishing the goals and mission of our association.

Over the course of 2021, we will be developing a long-term plan to provide guidance, support, and encouragement to organizations seeking to create companies and communities that are diverse, equal, and inclusive.
