We are BETTER TOGETHER!

Argentum welcomes and embraces the diversity among our staff, members, and partners. We understand that different perspectives and backgrounds bring new ideas and innovative approaches to business, that may otherwise go undiscovered, which is why we are committed to cultivating and preserving a culture of inclusiveness, equity, and diversity where individuals are accepted, valued, and encouraged to share their voices, their cultures, and themselves.

We understand that by listening to and including the perspectives, experiences, and diversity in others we can foster a culture of belonging, collaboration, and mutual respect.  We believe that multiple types of talent, skills, and mindsets are needed to advance our work – and that this can be found all around us.  We are committed to providing equal opportunities to empower and engage our staff, members, and partners in actions that effectively contribute to accomplishing the goals and mission of our association.

Over the course of 2021, we will be developing a long-term plan to provide guidance, support, and encouragement to organizations seeking to create companies and communities that are diverse, equal, and inclusive.

It starts with listening – to experts, to workers at every level, and to each other.  We will update these efforts here as well as through our communication channels as findings, plans, and resources take shape.  Please contact our Human Resources Director, Olivia Wilson, at owilson@argentum.org with any questions or interest you may have at this time.

Thank you and we look forward to building a stronger senior living industry through a more diverse, equal, and inclusive workforce.
