Amy is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 16 years of experience in assisted living and resident care and is proud to continue her commitment to excellence in the field. Known for her exceptional clinical skills, compassionate leadership, and dedication to fostering strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, Lombardi aims to elevate care standards in her next role as a Resident Care Director.
Most recently serving as RN Designee and Opal Manager at Leisure Care in North Haven, CT, Lombardi has excelled in supervising clinical teams, managing care plans, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Her tenure at Brookdale Senior Living in West Hartford, CT, highlighted her ability to motivate staff, retain talent, and maintain high-quality care even during challenging times.
With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Excelsior College, Lombardi blends academic rigor with hands-on experience. Her expertise includes dementia care, infection control, patient assessments, and staff development.
