DALLAS, TX – April 29, 2026– Lifespace Communities, one of the nation’s top 10 largest nonprofit senior living organizations, announced the promotion of Andy Kazmierczak to Chief Operating Officer, effective May 1. Kazmierczak, who has served as Vice President, Regional Operations, steps into the role to lead operational performance and strategy execution across Lifespace’s 15 continuing care retirement communities, advancing a mission-driven culture focused on resident experience, team member engagement, and operational excellence.
