Carrie Rasca has been named chief financial officer for Anthem Memory Care. Throughout her 26-year career in healthcare and real estate, Rasca has specialized in accounting and asset management.

Rasca previously was vice president of asset management with the Springs Living in McMinnville, OR. She also served as vice president of asset management with Formation Capital in Atlanta, GA.
Rasca earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Oregon University in Monmouth, OR.
