Lisa Rogers, BSN, RN-C, has been named chief operating officer of Anthem Memory Care. In this role, she will oversee operations across Anthem’s portfolio of memory care communities, with a focus on quality, clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, staff development and resident-centered care.
Rogers previously served as co-founder, president, chief clinical officer and risk management officer of a senior living management and development company.
“Lisa brings an exceptional combination of clinical expertise, operational discipline and deep senior living experience to Anthem Memory Care,” said Isaac Scott, president of Anthem Memory Care. “Her ability to strengthen systems, develop teams and keep resident care at the center of every decision will be invaluable as we continue to support families living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.”
During her 40-year career in healthcare, she has led initiatives that strengthened revenue performance through improved level-of-care service fee capture and advanced quality and clinical outcomes through risk management practices.

Rogers earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa.
