Tanya Olson has been named clinical services director for Franklin Place, an Anthem Memory Care community in Franklin, WI. In this capacity, she will oversee residents’ health and well-being by coordinating clinical care, supervising caregiving staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting programs that support residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellness.
Olson previously was regional clinical specialist for Charter Senior Living in Illinois and Wisconsin. She was also executive director for Senior Lifestyle in Pleasant Prairie, WI.
She brings over 13 years of senior living experience to this position. OIson received her nursing degree from Gateway Technical College in Kenosha, WI. In addition, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Business in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, UT.
