Franshesca Billings has been named community relations director for Franklin Place, an Anthem Memory Care community in Franklin, WI. In this position, she will be responsible for community outreach and marketing. 
Billings previously was business development manager for Bright Star Care in Racine, WI. She was also a paramedic at St. Francis Hospital in Milwaukee, WI.
She brings over 15 years of health care experience to this position. Billings earned an Associate Degree in Medical Assisting and Health Care Administration/Marketing from Bryant and Stratton College in Glendale, WI.
