Susan Embree has been named community relations director for Rancho Springs, an Anthem Memory Care community in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. In this position, she will be responsible for community outreach and marketing.
Embree previously was sales specialist for Silverado Memory Care. Embree has over 30 years of experience in the senior healthcare industry, including independent living, skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care. While working with Silverado Memory care, she served in a variety of leadership and sales roles including community services director, administrator and sales specialist.
“Throughout my career, I have been passionate about supporting older adults and their families with a special focus on helping families navigate the challenges of caring for loved ones living with dementia,” said Susan Embree, community relations director for Rancho Springs. “My experience allows me to become a trusted resource and advocate for families as they make important care decisions.”
Rancho Springs is located at 6140 Haven Ave., Rancho Cucamonga, CA and is expected to November 2026.
