Laporsha Chavers has been promoted to executive director for Porter Place, an Anthem Memory Care community in Tinley Park, Illinois. In this capacity, she will oversee all care, operations and programming. 
Chavers previously was associate executive director for Porter Place, in Tinley Park. She also served as associate executive director for Grace Point Place, an Anthem Memory Care community in Oak Lawn, IL
The certified dementia care practitioner brings over 18 years of senior living experience to this position. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Governors State University in University Park, IL and a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN.
