Anthem Memory Care recently promoted two employees to the executive director position at communities in Illinois. In this capacity, they will oversee all daily care, programming and operations for their community.

Kyle Smola, RN, has been promoted to executive director for Churchill Place in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Smola previously was clinical services director for Churchill Place. She also served as memory care manager at the Springs at Monarch Landing in Naperville, IL.
She brings over 9 years of senior living experience to this position. She earned a registered nursing license from Waubonsee Community College in Aurora, IL.
Churchill Place is located at 190 Geneva Road, Glen Ellyn.

Shannon Dahlman has been named executive director for Grace Point Place located at 5701 W. 101st St., Oak Lawn, Illinois. Dahlman was community relations director for Grace Point Place. She brings over 11 years of senior living experience to the position.
