Argentum Announces Newly Elected Members to Board of Directors

Nashville, TN – Argentum, the leading national association dedicated to supporting companies that operate professionally managed, resident-centered senior living communities, is pleased to announce the election of new members to its Board of Directors. These leaders bring with them deep expertise and a shared commitment to shaping the future of senior living through innovation, operational excellence, and compassionate care.

Argentum would like to congratulate our new leadership and welcome new members to the Board of Directors.

Named as officers to the Board of Directors include: Tana Gall, president of Merrill Gardens as chair; Chris Hyatt, co-CEO of New Perspective Senior Living as vice chair; Gary Smith president and CEO of Vi as treasurer; Mercedes Kerr, president of Belmont Village Senior Living as secretary; Adam Kaplan, CEO and founder of Solera Senior Living as public policy chair; and Judd Harper, president of The Arbor Company as immediate past chair.

New Argentum Board of Directors Members include: Chris Belford, Sinceri Senior Living; Chris Bird, LCS; David Eskenazy, Cogir Management USA; Jason Hazel, FOX Rehab; Ann Lacey, Artemis Real Estate Partners; Wendy Nowukunski, Northbridge Companies; Brandon Ribar, Sonida Senior Living; Courtney Siegel, Oakmont Management Group; and Matthew Whitlock, Berkshire Residential Investments.

Argentum also extends sincere thanks and appreciation to the outgoing Board members whose terms have concluded. Their leadership and service have been instrumental in advancing key industry priorities during a time of both challenge and opportunity.

Outgoing Board of Directors Members include: Brenda Bacon, Emerald Lane; Joe Eby, Bickford Senior Living; Joel Nelson, LCS; and Sarabeth Hanson, Harbor Retirement Associates LLC.
