Argentum is proud to celebrate the incredible women from our member communities who have been recognized as 2025 McKnight’s Women of Distinction. This prestigious program honors women who have made significant contributions to the senior living and care industry. Leading this year’s class of honorees is Collette Gray, CEO of Integral Senior Living and Solstice Senior Living, who was named the 2025 Lifetime Achievement Award honoree. This top recognition celebrates her decades-long commitment to excellence in senior care, her transformative leadership, and her deep dedication to empowering teams and improving the lives of older adults nationwide.

Several other remarkable women from Argentum member companies were recognized across all award categories, showcasing the breadth of talent, dedication, and heart that define our field. In the Hall of Honor, we applaud Tammy Curry of Brightview Senior Living, Dawn Kussow of Brookdale Senior Living, Sevy Petras of Priority Life Care, Catie Ramp of the Georgia Senior Living Association, GeLynna Shaw of LCS, Anne Campbell of Juniper Communities, and Rhonda Dempsey of Trilogy Health Services for their exceptional leadership and sustained commitment to excellence.

Rising stars are also making waves, including Amber Foster of Commonwealth Senior Living, Krystal Thoe of Legacy Healthcare, and Alison Bouchard of Touchmark—recognized for their fresh perspective, passion, and potential to shape the future of senior living. Veteran VIP honorees such as Kari Casey of Brookdale Senior Living, Michele Ellis and Pauline Lindo of Benchmark Senior Living, Jonna Wisnieski and GeLynna Shaw of LCS, and Kristal MacNeil of Touchmark represent decades of dedication, advocacy, and service.

We also extend special congratulations to our Commercial Excellence winners—Kelly Hamilton of Curana Health, Genice Hornberger of PointClickCare, and Mindi Manuel of Sodexo—for their innovation and impact in shaping successful senior living operations. And finally, we recognize our SPIRIT Award recipients, Jennifer Barnes of Brightview Senior Living and Pauline Lindo of Benchmark Senior Living, for going above and beyond in service to residents and colleagues alike.
