Argentum, the leading national association representing senior living communities, is pleased to announce the appointment of Amy Porchetta as Vice President of Development and Revenue Operations.
Porchetta brings more than 20 years of experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, and strategic growth to Argentum’s leadership team. In her new role, she will oversee revenue generation initiatives, corporate partnerships, and development strategies to advance Argentum’s mission and expand member value.
Most recently, Porchetta served at the USO, where she led corporate alliances and managed partnerships with major brands including the NFL and Airbnb, generating more than $14 million in annual revenue. Prior to that, she served as Executive Director at the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors, where she increased sponsorship revenue by 92% and grew annual net income by more than 600%.
Porchetta’s career also includes leadership roles with the Arthritis Foundation, American Heart Association, and March of Dimes, where she consistently delivered record-breaking fundraising results, spearheaded advocacy initiatives, and strengthened community partnerships.
“Amy’s proven track record in building high-impact partnerships and driving revenue growth makes her the ideal leader to help Argentum scale its development efforts,” said James Balda, President and CEO of Argentum. “Her experience and vision will be instrumental as we continue to grow and enhance our ability to serve the senior living industry.”
