Justin Ladd has been named vice president of operations for Artis Senior Living. In this capacity, He will lead the operations for nine communities in the Artis portfolio located in Illinois, Minnesota, Florida and part of Pennsylvania.
Ladd previously was portfolio director, vice president of operations and regional director of operations for Arrow Senior Living based in St. Charles, Missouri. He also served as executive director for Sunrise Senior Living in Brentwood, Tennessee. He brings over 17 years of senior living experience to this position.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky and a Master of Business Administration from University of Cumberlands in Williamsburg, Kentucky. Ladd is a licensed nursing home administrator.
