Louisville, KY – Atria Senior Living, an industry-leader in senior housing management services company has hired Stephanie Haley-Andrews as Senior Vice President of Care. Haley-Andrews will serve as the strategic lead for the company’s care operations empowering residents to stay active, grow and engage in what brings purpose and joy.

She brings more than 20 years of experience in managing care in areas ranging from senior living to emergency medical services to trauma programs. A registered nurse herself, she has developed, led and scaled nursing initiatives across multiple organizations, driving quality care, key clinical outcomes and emergency preparedness. Her research is published in the Journal of Trauma Nursing as well as other peer-reviewed trauma nursing and emergency medicine publications.

Stephanie joins the company as New York City based Joanna Mansfield, who previously held the role, has assumed a new role as SVP, General Manager at CoterieTM Hudson Yards, the new luxury brand of senior living by Atria. Coterie opened its first location in Cathedral Hill, San Francisco in May, with the Hudson Yards location slated to open later this year.
