Residents dressed in red shirts took turns at bat against staff members by hitting baseballs off tees and “running” the bases. The adapted baseball game was designed to encourage physical movement, social engagement and to share enjoyment of a beloved American past time.

“Events like this reflect our commitment to meaningful engagement,” said Amy Snow, life engagement director for Liberty Place. “By celebrating a sport our residents love, we create moments of connection and a shared sense of joy.”
