DALLAS, TX – SEPTEMBER 2, 2025 – Lifespace Communities, one of the nation’s largest nonprofit senior living organizations, announced that Bill Pickhardt has joined the organization in early September as vice president of regional operations supporting Lifespace’s four Florida communities. In this role, he reports to Brian Robbins, Lifespace’s chief operating officer, and will oversee daily operations across the state. He will support executive directors and community team members in creating communities where people live their aspirations and advancing Lifespace’s mission of service to older adults.

Pickhardt has held senior leadership roles across nonprofit and mission-driven organizations, including Therapy Management Corporation, John Knox Village of Florida, Asbury Communities, and Life Care Services. His career includes proven success in operational turnarounds, crisis management, multi-state healthcare expansion, and innovative partnerships that elevate care quality and financial performance. He is known for his integrity-driven leadership style and commitment to building empowered teams and high-performing communities.

Lifespace’s Florida communities include Abbey Delray South and Harbour’s Edge, both located in Delray Beach, The Waterford in Juno Beach, and Village on the Green, located in Longwood, near Orlando.
Pickhardt holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University. He served in several advisory and board roles and frequently speaks on leadership and healthcare transformation.
