Northfax marks Brightview’s fifth community in Northern Virginia
Baltimore, MD (July 31, 2026) – Brightview Senior Living, an award-winning provider of senior living that builds, owns, and operates 50 communities along the East Coast, announces the grand opening of Brightview Northfax. This seven-story senior living community is located at 10575 Northfax Street in Fairfax, VA, just minutes from Interstate-66. Ideally situated just one mile from Main Street Fairfax, the community serves seniors and families looking for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care in Fairfax, Oakton, and Vienna. Residents will have access to a full continuum of care that evolves alongside their needs.
Brightview Northfax operates on a flexible monthly rental model with no large entry fee and no long-term commitment. Leading the community is Executive Director Juli Swanson, who brings more than two decades of senior living experience.
“Brightview Northfax gives seniors in Northern Virginia the opportunity to start a new chapter while remaining close to the community they know and love,” said Swanson. “We’re excited to welcome our first residents and provide a vibrant environment where they can enjoy greater independence, meaningful connections, and the confidence that support is always available when they need it.”
