Brightview Opens Doors to Brick Welcome Center

New Welcome Center showcases future, luxury senior living community

Brick, NJ (July 17, 2026)Brightview Senior Living, an award-winning leader in the senior living industry across the East Coast, proudly announces the opening of its Brick Welcome Center in Ocean County, NJ. Located at 1568 Route 88, the Welcome Center provides a glimpse of its community offerings – a high-end design, vibrant lifestyle, programming, and resort-style amenities to support the holistic well-being of future residents and associates. Set to open in late 2027, Brightview Brick will mark Brightview’s ninth community in New Jersey serving seniors and families in Toms River, Point Pleasant, and Lakewood, with apartments available to rent in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care neighborhoods.

To reside at Brightview, there is no large entry fee. Rather, the rental structure allows residents and their families to pay monthly, freeing them from the pressure of making a long-term financial commitment. The community will offer Studio, 1-Bedroom, and 2-Bedroom apartment homes with full kitchens across ## apartment homes – 97 Independent Living, 56 Assisted Living, and 28 Dementia Care Suites.
