To determine the Best Workplaces for Women, Great Place To Work® analyzed survey responses from nearly 605,000 women employed at Certified™ organizations nationwide. Eligible companies must employ at least 50 women, maintain 20 percent or more female representation among non-executive managers, and include at least one woman in the C-suite.
This highly competitive recognition celebrates organizations that consistently deliver positive and equitable workplace experiences for women—regardless of role, race, sexual orientation, work status, or other demographic identifiers. Great Place To Work® evaluated how women’s experiences compared to their peers across all levels, identifying companies that truly excel in creating inclusive, empowering environments for women—from the frontline to the C-suite.
