Brookdale Announces Clark Jones Named to Newly Created Position of Senior Vice President, Strategic Operations

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. (Feb. 25, 2026)– Brookdale Senior Living, the nation’s largest operator of senior living communities and third largest owner of senior living real estate, announces that Clark Jones has been named Senior Vice President, Strategic Operations taking another step in transforming the company’s operating structure to effectively focus on Operational Excellence in our communities.

“In this role, Clark will oversee pricing analysis and go-to-market strategy, strategic and targeted CapEx deployment, and workforce management and planning,” said Nick Stengle, Chief Executive Officer. “By centralizing these functions and partnering with our Vice Presidents of Operations and regional leadership teams, we can better align our resources and investments to support our Operational Priorities.”

A seasoned leader with over 20 years’ experience driving shareholder and business enterprise value, Clark brings deep experience in operations strategy, portfolio optimization, asset management, and financial planning and analysis. Most recently, Clark led optimization efforts and development for Pediatrix Medical Group and, concurrently, was the executive lead for its Primary and Urgent Care platform. Prior to Pediatrix, Clark led FP&A, Asset Management, Capital Expenditures and Operational Strategy efforts for Sunrise Senior Living and its portfolio spanning the United States, Canada and the UK. Prior to Sunrise, Clark was with Bank of America and BB&T where he managed portfolio performance, underwrote and financed large commercial real estate developments across the country.
