Denver, CO — Denver-based Cappella Living Solutions (Cappella) has announced it is now operating Legacy Commons of Pueblo West. National Health Investors, Inc, (NYSE:NHI) purchased the assisted living community, located in Pueblo West, Colorado for $7.6 million. Christian Living Communities (CLC)/Cappella owns the operations and is providing management services at the community. The community of 51 Assisted Living Apartment Homes and 32 employees currently serve both private pay and Medicaid residents.

With the operational purchase of Legacy Commons, CLC/Cappella now owns five operations in Colorado and is responsible for the management of 26 communities across seven states. CLC/Cappella has experienced exponential growth over the last two years and will manage additional communities in the southwest and mid-west U.S. coming online later this year.
