GILBERT, Ariz.—Chuck Bongiovanni, founder of CarePatrol, the largest senior placement franchise will be partnering with Gene Guarino, founder of Residential Assisted Living Academy, to launch a residential assisted living care home franchise system. The brand will be called Majestic Residences.
The Majestic Residences co-founders, Bongiovanni and Guarino, combine decades of senior placement marketing, real estate investment, and operations expertise to a largely fragmented marketplace.
The care homes will consist of 6 to 16 residents and located throughout the nation. Majestic Residences project a minimum of 50 facility openings within the first year of operation.
