LOUISVILLE, Ky.—The Grand Senior Living, a new luxury senior community owned by Civitas Senior Living and Guttman Properties, is now open in Prospect, Ky.
The nearly 192,000-square-foot community features 91 independent living, 62 personal care, and 24 memory care residences.
It is located at 9300 Civic Way, 12 minutes from downtown Louisville and north of Interstate 71 on the south side of Norton Commons neighborhood.
The Grand features upscale amenities and services including an indoor heated pool; bocce ball court; putting green; billiards room; creative arts studio; dog spa; full-service salon; on-site concierge services; restaurant-style dining options; cocktail lounges; and a gallery showcasing a frequently rotating collection of art.

The Grand recently held a Great Gatsby-inspired grand opening for more than 200 guests. Attendees wore Roaring 20s costumes, danced to music from The Sycamore Trio, and enjoyed elegant fare from the dining staff.
