Joshua Rivera has 17 Years of Experience in the Senior Living Industry
Charlottesville, VA – August 20, 2024 – Commonwealth Senior Living announces that Joshua Rivera has joined the company as Vice President of Operations. Mr. Rivera has 17 years of senior living industry experience and most recently served as the Regional Director of Operations at Senior Lifestyle Corporation.

Joshua Rivera began his career in senior living at Sunrise Senior Living as a Concierge, later advancing to Human Resource Manager and Assisted Living Coordinator. He then moved onto Brookdale Senior living for 10 years, serving as a Business Office Manager, Executive Director, and Regional Director of Operations. Mr. Rivera has a BS in Business Management from Western Governors University. He considers himself a lifelong learner and has a deep desire for continued personal growth for both himself and those he supports.
