Concord Place Memory Care brought a little sparkle, song and “Love Is Like a Butterfly” magic to the community with Dolly Day, a public celebration honoring the life, music and legacy of Dolly Parton.

Residents, families and guests gathered at Concord Place, an Anthem Memory Care community located at 901 Concord Road in Knoxville, for music, memories, popcorn and Dolly-inspired fun designed to lift spirits and create meaningful moments of connection.

The celebration transformed the community with 80 beautiful butterflies as residents and guests took a musical journey through some of Dolly’s most beloved songs. The event also featured freshly served popcorn, a favorite snack long associated with Dolly’s travels and performances.

“For our residents, Dolly is much more than a familiar singer. She’s like their family, everyday shaping lives through her music, love and generous heart,” said Lorie attended with a smile, a story and a little Dolly-inspired light in their heart.”
