And that’s significant considering the median price point in our industry is now upwards of $4,000 a month.”
TerraBella Sugarloaf is located at 1220 Satellite Boulevard NW in Suwanee, Ga., convenient to I-85 and Old Peachtree Road NW. The community offers 23 independent Living, lodge-style clubhouse apartment homes and 17 one- and two-bedroom cottages with attached garages.
