TALLAHASSEE, Fla.—Florida Senior Living Association (FSLA) has welcomed three new professional staff to its team.
Jason M. Hand, Esq., vice president of public policy and legal affairs, will be responsible for managing the legislative, regulatory, and policy activities of FSLA on behalf of its members. Hand brings 20 years of experience with the creation and implementation of state policy and high-profile projects in Florida’s legislative and executive branches of government. Lee Ann Griffin, director of regulation and education, has 18 years of experience focused on rules and regulations for nursing homes and senior centers. As a certified core trainer
for core assisted living facility programs and Alzheimer’s disease and dementia trainer, Griffin understands the day-to-day operations of Florida’s assisted living and memory care communities. Heather Conley, MBA, joins the team as director of marketing and membership and brings more than 20 years of experience in communications, marketing, and training.
Through these new hires, FSLA will expand the association’s focus, structure and value, further establishing its commitment to lead the industry by increasing services, education, and membership growth.
