(TUCSON, Ariz., SEPT 3, 2025)— Villa Hermosa, a luxury senior living community owned and operated by Senior Resource Group (SRG), is pleased to announce the appointment of Amber Harkin as its new Executive Director. With more than two decades of leadership experience in hospitality operations and hotel management, Harkin brings a service-driven approach and deep industry expertise to her new role. 
She will lead day-to-day operations of the community, support residents and families and guide the Villa Hermosa team in alignment with SRG’s Genuine Hospitality® philosophy. Additionally, she will provide leadership to a team of 96 employees.
Prior to joining Villa Hermosa, Harkin served as Corporate Director of Operations for Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group, overseeing a $120 million portfolio of Marriott, Hilton and independent properties across the country. She was instrumental in driving performance success across 14 hotels, ranging from lifestyle and dual-branded properties to full-scale resorts, while elevating guest satisfaction scores and leading successful renovations and brand transitions.
She previously served as General Manager at Hilton Tucson East, Embassy Suites Tucson Paloma Village, and TownePlace Suites Tucson Williams Centre. Her award-winning track record includes “Hotel of the Year,” “GM of the Year” and top honors from both Marriott and Hilton for guest satisfaction.
Harkin holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management and Leadership & Resort Management from Johnson & Wales University and a Master of Education in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University.
