This course is being offered live, online, to help assisted living executive directors meet the licensure requirements of Georgia House Bill 987.
The course consists of 14+ hours of instruction covering Georgia assisted living regulations as approved in GA HB987, and content that supports performance of tasks identified in Argentum’s national job task analysis study of assisted living executive directors.
Registrants will receive a copy of the course slides (PDF format) and access to course recordings for a limited time following conclusion of the course. NAB CEUs (pending) will be available ONLY for those who actively participate in the live course presentation.
This course will be followed by a multiple choice exam derived from the course content. The exam will be delivered using Webassessor, Argentum’s online testing platform. Course registrants will automatically be registered for the test and receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to complete the test. Exam results will be emailed to test takers immediately upon completion. Registrants who pass the exam will receive a certificate (PDF format) via email.
The Georgia Assisted Living Leadership Course and exam satisfy two of the elements for licensure. It is the sole responsibility of registrants to meet any remaining requirements (e.g., experience) and complete the licensure process.
This course will be delivered over a three-day period by Argentum’s team of highly-qualified and experienced assisted living instructors.
