David Morris Named Chief Operating Officer; Will Mudd Named Chief Financial Officer
Guardian Pharmacy Services, one of the nation’s largest and most innovative long-term care pharmacy companies, has elevated two longtime leaders, naming co-founder David Morris chief operating officer and Will Mudd chief financial officer. The appointments reflect the strength of Guardian’s leadership team and its commitment to promoting talent from within, positioning the company for its next phase of growth.
As a co-founder of Guardian, Morris has served as chief financial officer since 2004. He brings a deep understanding of the business, disciplined financial leadership, and strong, long-standing relationships across the organization to his role as chief operating officer. Mudd, who joined Guardian in 2012, was promoted to chief financial officer after serving as senior vice president of finance, where he helped build Guardian’s finance organization and played a key leadership role in the company’s successful transition to the public markets.
Founded in 2004, Guardian Pharmacy Services has expanded from a single location to more than 61 pharmacies serving approximately 207,000 residents across the U.S. This growth has been fueled by a balanced strategy of organic expansion, greenfield startups, and acquisitions, supporting the company’s success in a rapidly evolving market.
