MINNEAPOLIS (Aug. 7, 2026) – Health Dimensions Group (HDG), a leading senior living, post-acute, and long-term care management and consulting firm based in Minneapolis, has assumed management of Morning Star Village, an assisted living community in Rockford, Illinois.
The relationship between the organizations began as a consulting engagement focused on strengthening operations and positioning the community for long-term success. As the work evolved, ownership of the community selected HDG to assume day-to-day management, building on the progress already achieved.
