Health Dimensions Group Managed Community Dimensions Living Stevens Point Recognized with 2026 AHCA/NCAL Silver Quality Award

[current_event_date]

MINNEAPOLIS (July 16, 2026) – Health Dimensions Group (HDG), a leading senior living, post-acute, and long-term care management and consulting firm based in Minneapolis, Minn., is proud to announce that one of its managed communities, Dimensions Living Stevens Point, has been recognized as a recipient of the 2026 Silver – Achievement in Quality Award from the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL).

The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program is a rigorous three-level process in which organizations are reviewed and evaluated against the nationally recognized Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework. The framework helps providers strengthen organizational performance, improve outcomes, and enhance the quality of care for residents. At the Silver level, organizations demonstrate how they systematically improve performance and achieve results through effective approaches and processes that are deployed throughout the organization.

“Achieving the Silver Quality Award is an outstanding accomplishment and reflects the intentional work that the team at Dimensions Living Stevens Point, supported by Health Dimensions Group, has invested in building a culture of continuous improvement,” said Barbara Klick, executive vice president of quality at HDG. “This recognition demonstrates the team’s commitment to strengthening systems, improving outcomes, and delivering exceptional experiences for residents and their families. We are incredibly proud of the leadership and team members whose dedication made this achievement possible.”

Dimensions Living Stevens Point was among the 255 organizations nationwide to receive the Silver Award in 2026. The community was one of only six providers in Wisconsin to be recognized with the Silver Award and the only assisted living community in the state to earn the distinction this year. The recognition also builds on HDG’s strong performance in the 2026 AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program, with nine additional HDG-managed communities earning the Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award earlier this year.

“Congratulations to this year’s Silver recipients on reaching this level in the Quality Award journey,” said AHCA/NCAL President & CEO Clif Porter. “These providers have built strong systems, embraced continuous improvement, and are making a measurable difference in the lives of those they serve. As we look to a future that will ask more of providers as demand for care increases, this commitment to excellence will serve as a critical foundation.”

The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award recipients will be celebrated during Delivering Solutions 26, the AHCA/NCAL Convention & Expo, October 11-14, 2026, in Boston, Mass.
